CUSD Welcomes New Board Member Michael Hooper
Compton Unified School District welcomes new Board of Trustees member Michael Hooper. He was officially sworn in on Saturday, April 13, in an intimate reception at the District offices. Hooper was elected in the March 5th Primary and represents Area D in the District. He is replacing board member Charles Davis.

USD Board President Denzell Perry swears in Michael Hooper. The intimate swearing-in ceremony was attended by more than 100 people in the CUSD Board Room and included current Board President Denzell Perry, Board Members Sandra Moss, Alma Taylor Pleasant, and Charles Davis, and Compton Unified Superintendent Dr. Darin Brawley.
