P2P Community Development is a faith-based organization founded on the premise that they are called to serve the community with resources and support services. They are committed to meeting people where they are and addressing the needs they face now. They will have resources and support services to help with domestic violence, mental health, counseling, youth mentoring, transitional housing, and spiritual mentoring.

Their goal is to change lives, encouraging people to become what God has planned for them and to discover their purpose within God’s will. They seek to empower individuals and groups with the skills and support to make effective change within their communities.

P2P pledges to operate with a biblical set of operational values and practices, assisting communities in overcoming poverty and disadvantage, and thereby knitting society together at the grassroots and deepening democracy.

Dr. Edward Hamilton is the founder and Senior Teacher of the N.O.W. Church of California. With over 35 years in the ministry, he is well-known as Pastor E in the communities he serves and has received several awards for his commitment to serving others. He is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by the offices of President Obama and President Biden. He is the author of the N.O.W. Experience: 720 Degree Turn. He is also an entrepreneur of EZ Teez 4U – a local printing business in Long Beach. Pastor E’s passion and commitment are to use the word of God to touch, to inspire, and to provoke people to their purpose! 

Sharing Jesus and being a Light is a life calling for Pastor Edward Hamilton, better known as Pastor E. Pastor E. received his call into the ministry in his early 20s. With over 35 years in ministry, a commitment to prayer, praise, and worship, and a love for the Scriptures, he has dedicated his life to touching and inspiring people, provoking them to purpose. He speaks with clarity and authority from the heart, offering a biblical perspective on topics that challenge and change lives, helping people become what God has purposed for His people. His commitment and tenacity in preaching the uncompromising Word of God have led him to minister in many cities throughout the United States.
