Fidel Edwards, World Famous Cricketer Visits South Central

Fidel Edwards, world famous cricketer from Barbados, made a special visit to South Central LA as a special guest of Southern California Junior Cricket Academy & the USC Trojan Cricket Club.

He specifically came to coach and mentor the Compton Sharks Youth Cricket Team, for which training was held at Cromwell Field on The USC Campus.

This event was sponsored and hosted by the USC Trojan Cricket Club and allowed players from Compton to meet one of the top cricketers in the world.

The Southern California Junior Cricket Academy was started by Compton native Mustafa Khan and is the only inner city cricket program in Southern California. Mustafa is the CEO/President of SCJCA and he has done an incredible job keeping kids active in this sport.
